Both are fossil-fuel-free US large-cap equity strategies managed through a systematic process, but they differ in construction. Stance Sustainable Beta follows the Change Finance Diversified Impact U.S. Large Cap Fossil Fuel Free Index which is equal-weighted across approximately 100 positions. Additionally, Stance Sustainable Beta carries an independently certified carbon-neutral designation, with the cost of assessment and offsets covered by Stance Capital. Stance ESG US Large Cap Core uses risk optimization rather than equal weighting, actively managing portfolio construction to reduce tail concentration.
Stance Premium Income is a separately managed account strategy that applies a systematic covered call overlay to a portfolio of approximately 80 to 100 equally weighted US large-cap companies. Income is generated from option premium collected from individually selected covered calls written on each position. The strategy targets distributable income, though targets are not guaranteed.

Yes. Stance Sustainable Beta carries an independently certified carbon-neutral designation, renewed annually. Offsets are sourced through nature-based programs including Holganix, which supports US Midwest farmers implementing regenerative agriculture practices. The cost of the annual assessment and offsets is covered by Stance Capital directly and is not passed to investors. Carbon-neutral certification applies to this strategy only.
